Pricing Analyst - FTC

AXA - Global Healthcare are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join their Commercial team on a 12-month fixed term contract, and get involved in pricing and strategic analysis, working on high level technical analysis of our Individual and SME portfolios.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

• Work with large amounts of data, investigating emerging trends, risks or opportunities.
• Deliver high quality reports and analysis to help drive business decisions.
• Support the development and maintenance of Pricing reviews, BAU analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the company.

What you'll bring:

• Possesses strong numerical skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Demonstrates excellent MS Excel proficiency.
• Ideal for recent graduates from numerate subjects.
• Exhibits outstanding communication skills and enjoys building effective work relationships.
• Capable of capturing business requirements and delivering high-quality reports with actionable recommendations.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of the PMI marketplace would be beneficial.
• Experience with SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Akur8, or other statistical programming languages is advantageous.
• Showcases excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Able to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Skilled in managing individual workload effectively.
