Power Platform Senior Developer

What is the opportunity?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to join the Group Data & Analytics team, guiding and improving our CRM platform usage with our customers, agents and supporting teams. Implementing new features and functionalities to make valuable contributions to our front line Sales and Operations teams and optimizing the operational process along the way.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all aspects of the Microsoft system, taking ownership of the end-to-end CRM process including: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service.
  • Develop & Deliver the best in-class functionality from the CRM system, including using the latest features of the Power Platform to implement Customer Service, and any other implementations that involve Power Platform.
  • Work closely with other developers to ensure implementations are in line with the proposed design and overall standard whilst also working as part of the development team on smaller projects towards a timely delivery.
  • Responsible for technical development phases of Dynamics 365 CE/Power platform implementations, upgrades, improvements & integrations with other applications, as well as all other supporting tasks.
  • Investigate, evaluate and introduce features, apps & techniques to allow Bank of Ireland to utilise Dynamics 365 to its maximum.
  • Be responsible for the overall development process from design to deployment.

What will make you stand out?

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering value-prioritised projects that are closely aligned to the Groups strategic ambition in a scrum team on behalf of internal customers. Shown ability to design technical solutions and integrations and promote sophisticated capabilities of the platform such as Power automation, Azure functions, & Logic apps.

You will have a solid understanding of Microsoft stack such as MSSQL server, .NET, HTML, Jquery, JavaScript, NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .Net, SSIS & SSRS.

Essential Qualifications

  • Third Level qualification, in mathematics, statistics, finance, IT, or another subject area including a significant numerical element.

Working with the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO), the Advanced Analytics team is responsible for the development and execution of the Bank's data analytics strategy. The role holder will deliver value-prioritised Power Platform & CRM projects and contribute to identifying appropriate framework tools and standards to enable the bank to become a data driven organisation at all levels of the company.

This job can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin to which travel will be required for in person collaboration.
