Are you experienced in planning and resource management within a dynamic change environment? AXA - Global Healthcare is seeking a dedicated PMO Planning & Resourcing Manager to lead the development and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive change and transformation plan. In this key role, you'll oversee capacity planning, resource fulfilment, and manage resource contention to ensure the right resources are deployed at the right time for our prioritised initiatives. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll drive a proactive approach to resourcing, enabling AHI to deliver its transformation objectives efficiently and effectively.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:
• Develop, own, and maintain a comprehensive change and transformation plan for AHI, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and serving as the single source of truth for the enterprise roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Programme, Project, and Product Managers to ensure plans are current, accurate, and effectively communicated, supporting estimation and planning activities.
• Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies across initiatives within and across portfolios to facilitate streamlined progress and delivery.
• Set and enforce planning standards and guidelines, coaching managers to promote consistency, clarity, and best practices in planning processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of the overarching plan with senior stakeholders to ensure it remains relevant, actionable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead resource planning efforts, including the development of comprehensive resource plans, allocation management, and coordination with Talent Management and HR for vacancy fulfilment.
• Oversee the assignment and utilization of floating and specialist resources, ensuring flexibility and optimal deployment across projects and programmes to support delivery.
• Establish governance, reporting, and use of tools to track resource utilization, manage change control, and provide insights for proactive capacity and resource management.

What you'll bring:
• Experience in Business Planning within Change and Transformation environments.
• Strong resource management skills, including capacity planning and allocation.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce clear reports and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Diplomatic and interpersonal skills to navigate inter-company challenges.
• Ability to influence colleagues and peers without direct authority.
• Knowledge of Project Management and/or PMO frameworks, ideally in financial services.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Well-organized with strong stakeholder management experience, familiar with PMI/IPMI standards.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
