The marketing team at Innovate Finance is looking for a proactive, motivated and ambitious marketing manager to support marketing and communication activities to drive brand awareness and growth for Innovate Finance and its members.

We are looking for candidates looking to progress their career in marketing and communications in FinTech and who are keen to make a positive impact with creative ideas and execution on strategic marketing initiatives.

You will be joining a collaborative, creative and diverse team of marketers.

In-house and external training, support and opportunities to grow and develop your career in marketing and communications will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Working with the marketing team on the marketing strategy to retain existing members and attract new members and partners to the community.
• Managing digital marketing campaigns by developing and deploying successful campaigns from ideation to execution, via email, web and social media while working alongside our senior marketing associate.
• Drafting the reporting on marketing campaigns effectiveness via our CRM system and web platform.
• Supporting the business development and sponsorship team to execute demand generation campaigns.
• Producing and distributing the "Coffee with Innovate Finance" Podcast Series.
• Supporting the production of briefing documents for public events for the Innovate Finance senior team.
• Proofreading and writing marketing content for the web including blogs, corporate announcements and event invites, email and social media.
• Assisting in events marketing strategy and execution.

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes

• Degree Level
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Knowledge of FinTech preferred, but not essential
• 'Can do' attitude
• Team player
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced goal-oriented environment
• Desirable knowledge or experience on some of the following platforms/systems:
  • Microsoft Office Suite & G.Suite
  • Social: Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
  • CRM system: Hubspot
  • Web: Wordpress
  • Video/Audio Editing Software: Anchor, Garageband, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva
