We have an opportunity for a Planning Analyst to join our Workforce Planning Team here at AXA Health. In this vital role, you'll develop accurate forecasts, maintain optimal staffing levels, and support strategic planning initiatives that drive business success. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll help shape effective supply and demand plans, contribute to forecasting accuracy, and assist in managing change initiatives. Key responsibilities:
• Develop accurate demand forecasts and resource plans using business insights and trend analysis.
• Prepare and deliver planning outputs timely within the monthly cycle for agile decision-making.
• Create and refine budget forecasts with audit trails and variance analysis for transparency.
• Use advanced analytics and scenario testing to optimise resource allocation and efficiency.
• Analyse operational metrics (Demand, AHT, Shrinkage, etc.) to identify risks and guide staffing strategies.
• Assess and refine supply requirements across channels, aligning with capacity and performance targets.
• Support attrition and shrinkage forecasting through historical data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Produce reports and dashboards, translating data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Conduct root cause analysis of operational deviations and develop recovery plans.
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure service levels are maintained.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
• Previous experience in a Planning Analyst role essential, developing and interpreting resource budgets using demand and supply forecasting techniques.
• Experience in change management or change initiatives advantageous.
• Expert in demand forecasting methods including time series, regression, and scenario testing.
• Proficient in workforce management tools (e.g., Genesys, Verint, Salesforce) for demand and shift planning.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics (AHT, Shrinkage, Adherence) and service levels.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address forecasting and resourcing challenges.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy, thorough documentation, and adherence to governance standards.
