Description
Are you passionate about driving data-driven insight and optimisations? Do you have experience of Google Analytics and writing SQL? Able to complete statistical analysis, forecasting and develop statistical models? We're looking for someone to join AXA Commercial's Direct team.
You'll be responsible for producing regular and ad-hoc performance analysis, offering actionable insight and commentary to inform strategic decision making, marketing channel management, pricing and underwriting outcomes. Away from home means either attendance at our Glasgow office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
• Analyse and interrogate data, ensuring deep understanding of marketing and trading performance, trends and growth opportunities.
• Provide verbal and written performance commentary, bringing together actionable insight and proactively provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Collaborate with broad range of stakeholders, drawing out actionable insight to drive performance and improve overall efficiency.
• Own digital performance reporting, accommodating additional reporting requests as needed.
• Create customer segmentation reporting based on existing customer behaviours.
• Support business reporting and planning through advanced forecasting and analysis.
• Analyse customer behaviour within purchase journeys to corroborate trends and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from policy management platforms using SQL.

• Able to complete statistical analysis including forecasting and developing related statistical models.
• Understanding of digital marketing and channels, including the current search marketing landscape.
• Ideally, you'll have experience of Tag Manager, Looker Studio, BigQuery and Search Ads 360 (or equivalent platforms) to deliver performance analysis and reporting.
• Experience in evaluating the performance of eCommerce websites and their purchase journeys via self-directed research.
• Able to formulate and communicate meaningful recommendations based on analysis.
