As our People Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing leadership capacity across the University. You'll design and deliver bespoke development programs, crafting impactful learning experiences that align with our strategic priorities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll ensure that our initiatives reflect our values and meet the evolving needs of our organisation.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive leadership enhancement programs. You'll use a variety of methods and technologies to create tailored development interventions that make a real difference. Your ability to identify, deliver, and evaluate cost-effective learning solutions will be key in meeting our organisational needs.

We need someone with proven experience in designing and delivering development programs within a large, complex organisation. Your ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and build strong relationships will be crucial. Navigating organisational challenges and engaging proactively with stakeholders to improve leadership performance is essential.

A CIPD or relevant professional qualification is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to influence and persuade others, coupled with a deep understanding of people theory, design, and delivery methodologies, will set you apart.
