We're seeking a highly organised individual to join our AXA Health Finance team, to assist with the day-to-day management of subscriptions and claims.

You'll work across multiple systems and with many departments to ensure money is correctly reflected on our members policies, and provide technical support and guidance to other teams and departments.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide information on collection policies, banking regulation and financial transactions to ensure accurate information is given to customers.
• Maintain daily controls for subscriptions via direct debits, ensuring these are collected and reconciled to source system reports.
• Ensure cheques banked and sufficient information gathered to ensure money can be allocated correctly to the customer.
• Responsible for ensuring claim payments made via cheque, BACS or direct credit are reconciled to source system, controls are followed.
• Provide accurate documentation, evidence and commentary for all reviews of subscriptions and claims controls.
• Update documentation to correctly reflect the current process and controls work smoothly.
• Support on projects ensuring adequate UAT occurs, and any issues communicated.

• Experience within an operational finance or customer service environment - essential.
• Financial control and governance mindset - essential.
• Good Excel skills and numerate - essential.
• Bookkeeping skills - preferred.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Customer focus, working across functions and continuous improvement.
• Proactive mindset.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
