Job Title: Operations Technician

Salary: From £28,636 – depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking detailed, concise and accurate recordings of minutes and actions
- Processing complex and varied documents and information received from a range of sources
- Obtaining, formatting and analysing data from several sources to produce reports and schedules
- Maintaining and storing technical documentation
- Liaising with a wide range of internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers
- Undertaking a range of specialised clerical and administrative duties
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Minute-taking experience
- Extensive administrative experience
- Document control knowledge, particularly confidential information
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft office
Desirable:
- Proficient with SAP and Team Centre
