What you'll do

Reporting directly to the Network Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading our Inside Sales and Virtual Sales teams to maximize sales and profitability, whilst ensuring consistency and best practices within the team.

In cooperation with the commercial team in HQ, you will execute on the local marketing and sales strategy, including product modification, designing promotions, and developing marketing content and acting as a local spokesperson for Inside Sales and Virtual Sales in the UK market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for the performance and leadership of the Inside Sales, and Virtual Sales Teams, driving, motivating and setting performance targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Accountability for the monthly volume planning submission to aid business planning - namely sales maximization, stock utilization and target management.
  • Regularly reviewing agreed KPIs and managing both IS Team Leaders, VSM Team Leader to achieve targets.
  • Implementation of new processes, provided by both local and global teams.
  • Frequently provide presentations with lessons learnt to large audiences including senior management.
  • Have a broader view of the business outside core area of Inside Sales and Virtual Sales to support strategic and tactical conversations pertaining to sales performance.
  • Contribute to any ad-hoc projects or policy updates as required.
  • Be responsible for all leads from 3rd party activity, working closely with the central team
  • Support various teams across the business (Sales, Marketing, Product & Customer Care) with insights, campaigns, experiments and new channels for awareness and acquisition
  • Perform continuous market analysis and evaluation of competitor offers in the car subscription market
