NFT Senior Engineer

What is the opportunity?

We are excited to announce an opening for a Non-Functional Test Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Group NFT Factory shared services. This role is pivotal in governing, managing, and leading various non-functional testing aspects, including performance, resilience, security, and accessibility, as part of change delivery across enterprise services.

This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of enabling advanced Non functional test practices focused on leading the performance, resilience & security test services across IT engineering, Enterprises functions.

In this Role, you will

Take full responsibility for driving and innovating non-functional testing across IT engineering. This includes ensuring that our systems meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security, while also being accessible and user-friendly.

• Play a role NFT Technical Go-To person for Project Managers, Product Owners, Development Architects, Development Leads.
• Utilise and Improve Technical non functional test Frameworks, process, criteria, tools standards
  Identify and Implement Automation in assigned programs
• Provide a re-usable approach for non functional testing performance, infra and application(OAT) testing services across all technologies for all business units
• Experience in managing NFT/Performance/OAT risk/RAIDs
• Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality, on time
• Work in an Agile and Waterfall development, Automation and Service delivery environment
  Gather and Interpret Business, Technical & Service Acceptance Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and Solution Design to form the Test Design to perform End to End Performance testing

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in application performance management tools - Appdynamic(preferred), HP diagnostic & dynatrace
  Strong knowledge & hands-on experience in DevOps & performance continuous integration testing.
  Strong knowledge & extensive experience over 10 years in Open text performance centre, network virtualization, Service virtualization & mobile tester.
  Have worked & managed Agile NFT performance/OAT testing.
  Languages C/C++, Java
  Delivery Quality NFT Testing as per Criteria, Process, Standards and Technical Performance FrameworkExcellent analytical, communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences
• Enthusiasm to stay up-to-date with recent technologies
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner with the current team, management structure and IT Stakeholders

NFT Factory within the IT Engineering Shared services functions provide quality, efficient and effective end-end managed service covering Performance, Resilience, security & various other Operational Acceptance Testing, on Production scale environments to assure Operational Readiness, on and off bank network integration against IT risk framework are addressed.
