Here at Epassi UK we are trying to boost the everyday wellbeing of the UK's working population. As a result of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will joint our health and fitness merchant partnerships team in Burgess Hill, West Sussex

Main responsibilities:
Manage and nurture strategic, long-term and trusting relationships with our health and fitness merchants in order to increase engagement and grow volume of transactions

  • Analyse and grow merchant margins to ensure revenue goals are met
  • Hold regular review meetings with accounts to measure progress and identify opportunity
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer queries
  • Retain existing merchant partners and acquire new in order to meet growth targets and deliver coverage and choice for our customers.
  • Achieve and maintain the highest merchant discount for our customers.
  • Network and be recognised within the industry as a trusted and valued partner
  • Monitor review and manage pricing changing and merchant profiles

You will be a great fit if you are/have:
• 2 years' experience in Sales or Account Management
• Experience of working in the health or fitness industry
• Goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Enjoy teamwork
• Adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have familiarity with CRM tools
• Comfortable with contract negotiation

26-30k Per Year
