The role...
The MDM team has recently undergone some exciting new changes which means a position has opened up for an experienced MDM Finance Assistant to join on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. The main purpose of the role is to maintain Supplier Master Data, including working with the business to ensure data is reflected accurately across the Oracle Fusion system and is being utilised correctly. The role will also provide support to users of the system and assist with any queries or issues they may have.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Interact with GFO process areas, business and finance teams across ITV and our suppliers to ensure that master data is accurate and complete in the Oracle Fusion system.
- Create & maintain Supplier data
- Ensure integrity of the Supplier data
- Perform call backs to Suppliers to check sensitive information, e.g., bank details
- Handle queries relating to master data
- Provide support to end users of system regarding any of their queries
- Assist the wider team with their daily activities and process improvement projects
- Create process / procedure documentation
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve service delivery to customers, internal and external
- Undertake other ad hoc activities required by the team
- Work with the MDM Manager to identify self-development and learning opportunities
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)...
- Experience of Oracle Fusion (or other integrated ERP software) is desirable
- Experience of working with master data or within a Master Data Team is desirable
- Experience using MS Excel at an intermediate level

- Strong customer focus; motivated and able to interact courteously and professionally with customers
