The Marketing Manager (B2B) is responsible and accountable for everything marketing that relates to our external B2B audiences at SpaMedica.

We are a leading UK healthcare company dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services and improving the well-being of individuals and communities. With a focus on patient care and innovation, we strive to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions across the country. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer who will be responsible for overseeing a variety of marketing channels and touchpoints.

As the Marketing Manager (B2B), you will have a broad scope of responsibilities, including the strategy for this audience, the planning and management of advertising, overseeing the development of brand and channel communications both offline and digitally with the objective of increasing awareness and referrals for our business.

You will work closely with other marketing managers and internal teams to deliver channel activities and closely with media, creative agencies, and other suppliers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a B2B marketing, media and channel strategy for our SpaMedica
  • Develop, optimise, and oversee delivery of an annual acquisition and retention plan detailing on and offline activities, advertising, and marketing channels for our B2B audience.
  • Oversee our B2B materials and execute plans to continually improve the referral experience.
  • Partner with our sales promotions team to collaborate and develop materials and campaigns that meet the needs of our audiences.
  • Be our brand guardian for all external marketing activity to our B2B audiences.
  • Work closely with our Comms, Digital and Events teams to optimise the plan of activities, performance and implement exceptional marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver research and insights to support development of consumer communications and enhance their experience with our marketing touchpoints.
  • Set objectives, targets and clear KPI's across all marketing touchpoints to continually optimise.
  • Source, collaborate and develop close relationships with our creative, brand and media agencies to maximise marketing spend.
  • Oversee and manage the annual audience budget, making recommendations for improvements, efficiencies, and innovations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant marketing experience working in a B2B Marketing environment, across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Evidence of the ability to think strategically, own a plan and get stuck in with all acquisition and customer journey multi-channel activities.
  • Previous experiences of overseeing the work of a marketing executive or small team
  • Experience across all marketing channels, overseeing media and management of KPI's
  • Prior experience and a proven track record in driving successful B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstration of working collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a busy multi-channel marketing department and management of budgets.
  • Experience and demonstration of test/control principles and best practise.
  • Knowledge of all MS Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Desirable:

  • Educated to degree standard or equivalent in a relevant area of expertise.
