Do you have an interest in Litigation Support? You'll join as an assistant and become a vital part of our Claims and Defence teams. You'll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our litigation processes.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:
• Drafting non-complex Court Documents for Claimant and Defendant Litigation teams
• Processing of Issued claims, Judgments and Discontinuances electronically to the County Court Bulk Centre
• Printing documents and preparing trial bundles for the Court
• Setting up new litigation files using case management script and management of E filing and setting of prescribed schedules
• Handling cheques received by LSU by recording, logging onto the system and notifying Finance cashiers
• Sending of instructions to panel costs draftsmen for negotiation
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and scanning post and running of allocation scripts
• Ordering of general stationary, printer toners and other general office stock using Coupa
• Dealing with reception duties including managing incoming phone calls for the litigation teams, signing in visitors, receiving deliveries and taking boardroom bookings

What you'll bring:
• Previous experience in administration
• Good knowledge of programs e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Basic Understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules in particular the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) Part 8 and its Practice Directions
