Job overview:
We're currently seeking an Employee Relations Administrator to join our Employee Relations team on a full-time permanent basis. If you have a background working within an HR Shared Services environment and a passion for helping others, we'd love to hear from you!
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll be responsible for triaging our customers to the most appropriate solution, whether that's providing advice over the phone, managing cases through our case management systems in and MyWorkday, or supporting managers during team calls. The tasks within the ER team are diverse and include providing guidance on probation, flexible working, management of fixed term contracts, new starter occupational health, OH / workplace assessments, equipment procurement, and Working Time Regulations.
Key responsibilities:
• Managing a portfolio of MyWorkday cases.
• Ensuring issues are escalated as appropriate.
• Actioning workflow to ensure activity is prioritised.
• Maintaining the quality of the data in MyWorkday.
• Managing data integrity and ensure standards for audit requirements are delivered that meet legal and business requirements.
• Responsible for provision of HR support and advice to employees, managers and candidates.
• Administering the processes and provision of advice and guidance ER.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience:
• Experience of working in an HR Shared Services team.
• Customer focused with the ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone and in writing whilst conducting yourself in a professional manner.
• Analytical, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Understands and demonstrates the importance of Data Protection and its associated risks.
• Stakeholder Management experience.
• Computer literate with experience of MS Office and HR systems.
