Job Description

The role of the IT Project Manager is to ensure that business processes and supporting systems meet and continue to meet stakeholder needs. This position is a key liaison between customers and internal IT staff that implement IT based solutions.

Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history

Day to Day

• Work with various stakeholders to achieve the best results through IT applications

• Lead of the implementation of IT systems; Warehouse Management Systems; Manhattan, Asset Suite 9, Kronos and Oracle

• Create and present business cases to various stakeholders

• Point of contact for all IT escalations

• Management and administration of the IT asset register

• On site support for IT requirements; setting up new colleagues, troubleshooting problems, escalating system errors to the right solution expert

• Raising and managing IT tickets with the IT service desk

• Supporting the Operation to deliver accurate results with a well-managed and functional IT support network

What will you bring?

• Experience in leading IT Project Implementation

• Strong IT experience; used to interrogating systems suitability, adaptability and utilisation

• Planning and organisational skills

• Analytical, investigative and systematic

• Strong knowledge of; Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
