Integration Support Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to recruit two Integration Support Managers into our M&A team, on a full time, permanent basis. This is a field based role, so you must be comfortable with frequent travel.

The Role:

The Integration Support Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful growth of the Kin Vet Community. You will act as the main point of contact, the project manager and coordinator and ensure that the transition into the group is supported, well executed, and stays true to the values and mission of the Kin Vet Community.

You will manage and coordinate the integration activities whilst leading and collaborating across multiple functions within Kin ensuring a seamless integration of acquired practices and colleagues.

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Execute the integration strategy per site to ensure a seamless transition of the practice(s) post-acquisition.
  • Work in partnership with functions across the group during the due diligence phase to gain insight and contribute towards the process to mitigate risks that may impact the integration process.
  • Create communications and deliver communication plans on progress to stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Create and deliver reporting suites to stakeholders including senior management teams on the progress and successes of the integrations.
  • Support and drive change management initiatives to support with the smooth transition of colleagues, ensuring engagement is monitored and issues addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Be responsible for ensuring that consistency of business processes and policies are adopted, trained, and rolled out into the teams of the newly acquired site(s).
  • Act as point of contact for a new teams/practice(s), building and fostering strong working relationships built on trust, delivering on promises as well as potentially managing difficult conversations during times of change.

Skills & experience:

  • Experience of working within start up, growth businesses and is comfortable working under ambiguity.
  • Ideal experience within veterinary or similar industry.
  • Experience of leading and communicating with individuals/teams that are not direct reports through times of change.
  • Experience of delivering projects at a high standard.
  • Excellent people skills, working with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • A collaborative individual who can influence teams to achieve objectives as well as work independently.
  • Excellent planning and execution of multiple projects at any one time.
  • Change management experience understanding the tools and processes to support others.
  • Commercial thinker with experience in integrations processes.
  • Takes ownership, gets the job done and delivers on promises.
  • Always has the end user and the user experience of its intended customers at the heart of what they do.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels within the organisation, both conversational and written.
  • Computer literacy, able to confidently adopt new systems as well as Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook etc)
