HR Projects Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month fixed-term role. This is a unique opportunity to deliver key workforce initiatives and drive HR projects across the University, ensuring they are implemented effectively and on time.
You will play a vital role in coordinating diverse HR projects, supporting the HR Senior Leadership Team. Your ability to manage budgets, establish project teams, and foster collaboration across departments will ensure the success of our ambitious HR agenda.
About you
As the ideal candidate for this role, will be educated to degree level (or have the vocational equivalent) with a solid understanding of project management principles and practice. You bring proven experience in managing and delivering HR-related projects, ideally within a unionised environment. Highly organised and proactive, you excel at stakeholder engagement and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to driving change in a collaborative environment.
