Location - Hinckley LE10 1EQ Hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary - £50 - 57K+

Duration - Permanent/Full Time

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Director and leading our internal HR functions. You'll also provide guidance and support to our team of HR advisors, ensuring consistency and best practices across the board. What we need you to bring to the team:

• To act as a key support to the Managing Director, contributing to strategic decision-making and organisational growth.
• The experience to manage and oversee all internal HR operations, ensuring compliance and contributing to our positive workplace culture.
• A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive.
• To be able to support and guide our team of HR advisors and conducting HR consultancy opportunities.
• A proactive approach to business development, including onboarding new clients seamlessly and building strong relationships through networking with local businesses.
• A strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and align with the broader strategic goals and challenges faced by our clients.
