HR Project Specialists - 12 month FTC

Description

We're excited to offer a fantastic 6-month full-time FTC opportunity for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant to join our TA team at AXA UK. Our core ambition and purpose are to attract, find, assess, and select diverse and engaged talent for AXA, by creating moments that matter at every stage of the recruitment journey. As TA Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for your recruitment specialism, across full recruitment lifecycle, to ensure we acquire the best talent for AXA's future ambition and position AXA as an employer of choice.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Team to ensure requisitions are accurate and reflect the roles to be filled on MyMove (iCIMS), our recruitment platform.
• Develop and agree on a sourcing strategy to attract a diverse pool of quality candidates, covering channels, assessment, and accountabilities.
• Ensure all necessary recruitment approvals are received before advertising the role.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as agencies or Hackajob, as outlined in the strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, engaging with the hiring manager, People Team, People Services, and candidates at the right times to enable timely decision-making.
• Use available sourcing channels to include our CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, Hackajob, and Horsefly Analytics to find candidates.
• Escalate any concerns related to values or behaviours that don't align with AXA's standards, such as D&I or redeployment issues.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates, including silver medallists, for current and future vacancies.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to both internal hiring managers and external candidates.
• Prepare and deliver accurate MI reports to support recruitment analysis and decision-making.
• Share insights and lessons learned to promote best practices within the TA team and support AXA's future recruitment goals.
Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we're able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you're interested in joining us at AXA, please don't hesitate to apply.

What you'll bring:

• Proven talent acquisition experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency, within insurance or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with a range of audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Sound relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to completing tasks to a high standard.
• Maintain the integrity of the TA function, adhering to internal and external policies for candidates and stakeholders.
• Approach workload with a commercial mindset, delivering relevant, creative, and solutions-focused services.
• Develop and implement initiatives that enhance AXA's employer brand to attract internal and external talent.
• Eager to build further experience within a Talent Acquisition environment.
Internal candidates are encouraged to apply for this role as a secondment opportunity through the internal careers site.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
