Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and experienced EMEA HR Manager to join our EMEA team and streamline HR operations across the Region. If you're delivery-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role might be for you!

Responsibilities include:

HR Operations:

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that keep us compliant and efficient across the Region
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations that align with our company goals and legal standards

Employee Relations:

  • Manage and resolve employee relation issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices
  • Provide support to People Managers and Employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness across our HR Ops in EMEA

HRIS Management and optimization:

  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize system functionality and improve automation of key HR processes.

Payroll Management:

  • Coordinate the collation and submission of monthly payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, and leave balances.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of payroll; resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Compliance & Employment Law:

  • Stay ahead of changes in employment laws across the EMEA region, ensuring our policies are compliant

Change Management:

  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyse HR data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights, creating reports to support decision making

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CIPD (level 5) qualification or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in HR operations, with a strong background in employee relations, policy development, and process improvement.
  • In Depth understanding of UK Employment Law, knowledge of employment regulations across the EMEA Region is a plus.

  • Team player who can also work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • EMEA experience

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with HRIS (Oracle)
  • Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., German, Spanish or French).
