Job overview:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Change Analyst to join our People Services team on a 9 month fixed term contract. You'll support change initiatives that impact our People Services processes, ensuring seamless transitions during organisational design, process updates, and Workday system changes. You'll serve as a key bridge between People Services and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and delivering change programs that are timely, accurate, and smoothly implemented.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the People Services Change Lead and Change Consultant in project meetings and assist with related actions.
• Collaborate with the Change Consultant to conduct Change Impact Assessments, identifying how the programme affects People Services Processes and highlighting any risks promptly.
• Assist in raising Help tickets for necessary Workday changes to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Maintain and update Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), Project Plans, and frameworks to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor risks and dependencies, working closely with People Services leads, and escalate issues to the Change Lead as needed.
• Manage workflows within Workday Help, ensuring timely responses to queries and triaging them to the appropriate People Services Teams.
Work arrangements:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience:

• Prior experience working with the Workday system essential.
• Solid understanding of the HR Employee Lifecycle and its key stages.
• Proficient in using IT tools and Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Stakeholder management with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Good influencing and negotiating skills to achieve positive outcomes.
• Understanding of Data Protection principles and the associated risks, with the ability to apply best practices.
