Position Summary:

As Head of Concierge at The Park Tower Knightsbridge Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the luxury guest experience. You'll lead a dynamic, dedicated team of concierge and luggage porters, ensuring every guest's stay is not just memorable, but extraordinary. Your experience and expertise will help create seamless, personalised services that delight guests from check-in to check-out, while also driving the hotel's financial success. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for excellence and be a proud holder of the prestigious Golden Keys, or be actively working towards achieving this recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the concierge team to exceed guest expectations, ensuring each day is a new opportunity to create wow moments.
- Develop, write, and update Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOPs) for the concierge department to ensure consistency, efficiency, and the highest standards of service at all times.
- Develop exciting and innovative goals that keep the team motivated, organised, and laser-focused on delivering world-class service.
- Foster a culture of excellence, where the concierge team is driven to not just meet, but surpass guest satisfaction goals and financial targets.
- Leverage your knowledge to build a rich, easily accessible database of local hotspots, from trendy restaurants to hidden gems, ensuring guests have the insider scoop.
- Curate bespoke services for guests, from private car rentals and exclusive tickets to unique shopping experiences and tailored leisure activities.
- Be culturally aware and sensitive to guests' individual needs, delivering personalised services that make them feel truly at home.
- Stay in the know about daily hotel operations, from guest arrivals and departures to VIP arrivals and special requests, ensuring your team is always prepared to deliver.
- Serve as a role model, demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality, inspiring your team to do the same.
- Foster an open, communicative environment where your team feels empowered to contribute ideas, solve problems, and work together seamlessly.
