The Package
- Base salary of circa £80,000 per annum
- Bonus circa £20,000

- Hybrid working - travel to sites will be required.
The Job Role
- The Revenue Director will review and create the commercial function as the hotel group goes through a period of growth.
- Provide direction to the Sales & Revenue teams.
- Set the revenue strategy and create outputs which drive performance in the short and long term etc.
- Implement standards of practice and processes.
The Requirements
- Reporting to the Finance Director, the Revenue Director will be comfortable with delivering projects and delivering on strategies.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to develop strategic processes
- You will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability
- The successful Revenue Director will have had exposure to marketing and e-commerce.
- Worked in a similar role within food services would be preferable.
- The Revenue Director will have held a Group or Head Of role within a hotel group previously.
