Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven Global Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising our global sales processes, driving operational excellence, and enabling our sales teams to achieve their full potential. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data, process improvement, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Optimisation: Analyse and streamline sales processes across global regions to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement tools, resources, and training programs that empower the sales teams to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the global implementation and ongoing management of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate with regional sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts and provide in-depth analysis of sales performance against targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies, product launches, and pricing.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of global sales strategies, supporting the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in sales operations, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working in a global context, with an understanding of different cultural and business practices.
