The Role

We are seeking a motivated Immigration Project Manager, who will have a key role in managing immigration initiatives, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), support client presentations, working across the global immigration team to support operational projects, processes and reporting, as well as working closely with Supply Chain to ensure service delivery to the global immigration team is as required for both immigration only, and combined service clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure the successful execution of immigration deliverables while providing close support to the global immigration team.

As a member of the UK based team, you will collaborate globally between our hubs and partner network in the delivery of our services. In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2's vision and goals of service excellence.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working applies after successful completion of probation, two days based in our Guildford office as needed to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Immigration leadership team to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive global immigration strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through regular communication, updates, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications regarding team's initiatives between various key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Support the immigration team to develop standardised templates and processes for immigration documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Maintain compliance, GDPR, and ISO principles and obligations, and certifications set forth by the company.
  • Collaborate with the immigration leadership team to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of immigration projects in alignment with client expectations and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, supporting the global immigration team ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Partner with internal teams, including client services, operations, marketing, finance, supply chain and other teams globally to ensure alignment on project objectives and execution strategies, with a specific focus on supply chain in the support of service excellence
  • Assist with the Immigration leadership team to respond to RFPs, proposals and client inquiries, preparing comprehensive proposals and presentations that highlight our immigration services and capabilities.
  • Conduct client presentations, showcasing our expertise, solutions, and value proposition.
  • Support the immigration leadership team to address client concerns and escalations, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Any other duties or tasks as required by the needs of the business.

Experience: Skills /Abilities & Knowledge

  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from internal stakeholder and external stakeholders within defined deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to research, ask questions and effectively develop solutions
  • High energy with a 'can do' attitude with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and work effectively within a global team
  • Ability in planning, developing and executing action plans for yourself and others and in line with changing priorities
  • Demonstrate knowledge of global immigration practices across multiple countries, with the ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly language
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
