The Job Role

• General Manager within a superb branded high-end restaurant group.
• Run the day to day of the restaurant.
• A fast paced kitchen
• A 7 day operation, working 5 days out of 7
• General Manager to lead a large team

The Requirements

• A strong background within restaurants, hotels or fresh food gastro pubs.
• A passionate foodie who also has the ability to produce a healthy GP
• A self-starter who relishes staff development
• Experience of running large teams on a fresh food site.
• General Manager with a High volume background is desirable
