We're hiring for a Global Account Director as part of iProspect in London.

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a curious and energetic person, with a "YES, I can do attitude", that is comfortable in the uncomfortable always looking for the next big thing!

This is a key position in our team is the Global Account Director. This media senior role is looking Ferrero across 50+ countries, leading all activities from its central team and accountable for market service.

The purpose of this role is to own the day-to-day Client Governance, deliver key ongoing projects, build trusted relationship with Ferrero and support Global Client Lead in landing key strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising QBRs, Trends, Whitepapers and workshops that need to be presented in key client meetings
  • Delivering innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values working closely with colleagues and clients
  • Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders
  • Deepening the relationship to ensure retention and growth
  • Managing team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
  • Immersing self and team in clients' business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies; knows their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like; knows client's products inside out and applies this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service
  • Using account plans to stimulate and track future work; manages resources effectively
  • Understanding client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure business is run profitably
  • Improves client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones
  • Managing systems for forecasting accurate spend and track progress
  • Translating agency strategy into innovative, execution able business plans for own client that deliver business value

Qualifications + Skills

  • End-to-End Media Planning experience
  • 10+ years in a similar role
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of media disciplines from a global and local perspective
  • Performance Media, Ecommerce Media, Offline Media & Communications Planning experience essential
  • Direct people management experience
