Job overview:
As Employer Brand Content Manager, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality branded content that highlights AXA UK's culture, values, and community engagement initiatives. Within the role you'll be collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing digital content across multiple channels and supporting employer value propositions related to talent, wellbeing, inclusion, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and lead relationships across a matrix of marketing and other stakeholders, ensuring a joined up and connected approach, and positive contribution to AXA's wider brand ambitions.
• Create and implement compelling content to showcase AXA UK's employer value propositions, such as wellbeing and inclusion. This also involves managing content updates for the AXA Welcome Box and other employee engagement platforms.
• Lead the creation of social-first video and static content in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
• Manage external creative agencies and internal resources to deliver high-quality digital campaigns and collateral.
• Oversee content for internal and external digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and tone of voice. Manage content and updates for the AXA Welcome Box and other employee engagement tools.
• Support employer branding initiatives by managing social media channels and responding to reviews on platforms like Glassdoor.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative agency partners to produce materials that enhance candidate experience and support community engagement efforts.
• Utilise innovative technology and AI to strengthen AXA's positioning as an employer of choice.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

Your skills & experience:
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and channel strategy.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual content development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities within a complex, regulated environment.
• Experience with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging digital content.
• Project management skills with a track record of managing end-to-end content production.
• Knowledge of employer branding, employee engagement, and community initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing insights to optimize content strategies.
