We have a newopportunity for an E-Billing Controller to join our Finance team on a 12 monthfixed term contract basis.
Reporting tothe Revenue Billing Manager, you will undertake all aspects of revenue control billingand more specifically e-billing for all practice groups in accordance withestablished operational processes and policies.
This role willbe based in our Bristol office offering hybrid working.
KeyResponsibilities
The E-BillingController will deal with e-Billing aspects such as uploading of bills intoclient specified portals, rate maintenance, bill production and billcancellations for all practice groups.
- Provide professional support to OC and Business Services so that our clients receive consistently excellent services.
- Deal with and resolve client queries without reference to manager.
- Find solutions for billing and e-billing problems.
- Work with suppliers to implement e-billing solutions.
- Deal with International e-billing queries.
- Assist with the maintenance of rates to ensure bills will be approved within e-billing system/s.
- Follow up unbilled WIP and disbursements with Fee Earners.
- Maintain accurate information held within Elite.
You willalso share responsibility with the wider Billing team for:
- E-Billing (uploading, resolving queries).
- Producing bills.
- Processing credit notes, bill cancellations & write-offs.
- Answering customer queries.
What we'relooking for
- E-Billing knowledge and/or experience.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to follow agreed processes and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across all aspects of the Revenue Control team's and ensure that issues are addressed promptly, professionally, openly and constructively.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to identify and act on issues which need to be escalated.
- Ability to assist with the design and implementation of policies and processes.
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail.
