Education/Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Education to Masters degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
Desirable criteria
- Formal qualification in Project and Programme Management (PRINCE 2 & MSP or equivalent)
Experience
Essential criteria
- Extensive experience, expertise and understanding of strategic planning and commissioning processes, in a cross-organisational programme in a health/social care setting.
- Extensive experience and understanding of community health services and the challenges of delivery in urban and inner-city settings.
- Extensive experience in project and programme management, and a track record of working collaboratively at a senior level across organisations to deliver complex large programme goals.
Skills/Abilities/Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Able to operate at Executive Director/ Board level and provide clear corporate advice in relation to the work of the community provider networks, and relevant policy, and change management.
- Knowledge, understanding and application of current NHS and Social Care policies across healthcare and care systems and experience of implementing in relevant areas.
Desirable criteria
- Has developed and created communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.
