After a long period of sustained growth, we are looking to innovate and significantly invest in our Sales and Marketing team which has led to the creation of a new Digital Manager role to be based in either our London or Bristol offices.

This will be a key and transformative role, supporting the firm's strategic objectives by leading the development and management of Osborne Clarke's digital offering.

What you'll do

  • Lead the implementation of our website strategy, demonstrating technical excellence, approachability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Work with and line manage the Website Executive on a range of web development projects, providing input and support at all stages - from briefing, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage the build for new website sections in consultation with the Website Executive and teams across the business.
  • Manage our external digital agency on development projects and regular support and maintenance, ensuring value from the retainer agreement and project spend.
  • Consult with our international teams to ensure the website meets their requirements and exceeds their expectations within the firm strategy.
  • Provide assistance, consultation, or leadership for any other digital properties as required - intranet, microsites, apps, digital systems.
  • Measurement and analytics for all platforms

What we're looking for

  • Keen understanding of technology platforms and social media.
  • Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, end-to-end (delivery and output).
  • A great communicator, negotiator, and advocate for our brand.
  • Able to translate a vision into actionable plan; pragmatic with a calm and rational approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech educator and ambassador; familiarity with AI and willingness to learn.
  • Industry knowledge and ability to identify key trends with strong technical expertise in:
    • Content Management Systems
    • Web Analytics
    • Search Engine Optimization
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Email Marketing
    • Graphic Design
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities with good emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with international teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with the ability to embrace and capitalise on change.
  • Experience in managing key vendors and large budgets effectively/efficiently.
