As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven DEIB Manager with a solid background in Project Management to lead and implement key initiatives that enhance diversity, promote equity, and ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

In this pivotal role, the DEIB Manager will work cross-functionally to design, execute, and monitor DEIB strategies across Puig's global operations. You'll serve as both a visionary leader and a hands-on project manager, overseeing DEIB initiatives that align with our company's mission while ensuring they are executed with precision and impact. You'll be instrumental in driving cultural transformation and ensuring Puig is recognized as a global leader in DEIB.

What you'll get to do

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement DEIB strategies aligned with Puig's values and business objectives.
Lead efforts to ensure that DEIB is woven into every aspect of Puig's operations, from recruitment and employee engagement to product development and community outreach.

Program Development:
Design innovative programs, training sessions, and workshops that promote DEIB awareness, education, and engagement.
Partner with HR and business leaders to drive DEIB integration into talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development.

Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end management of DEIB projects, from ideation to execution. Manage resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure success.
Apply best practices in project management, utilizing frameworks like Agile or Waterfall to ensure smooth and efficient execution of DEIB initiatives.

Data & Metrics:
Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of DEIB initiatives. Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and optimize programs for greater impact.
Regularly report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with Puig's broader objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
Act as a trusted partner to key internal stakeholders across HR, Marketing, Communications, Operations and other business units to embed DEIB into core processes.
Foster relationships with external DEIB organizations, networks, and consultants to keep Puig at the forefront of industry best practices.

Change Management:
Lead organizational change initiatives to embed DEIB principles across Puig's culture and operations. Drive efforts to address bias, promote inclusivity, and ensure long-term cultural transformation.
Be a key influencer in shaping a positive, inclusive work environment where diverse voices are heard and valued.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs):
Support the creation and growth of ERGs to provide employees with platforms to connect, collaborate, and advocate for underrepresented groups within Puig.
Guide the relaunch or development of ERGs to increase their influence and visibility.

Global Outreach:
Collaborate with Puig's local teams to adapt the global DEIB strategy for different markets, ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance.
Act as a Puig DEIB ambassador, participating in external industry groups, and public forums to advocate for DEIB on a global scale.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields. A certification in DEIB is a plus.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in a DEIB leadership role, or HR role leading a DEIB initiative, ideally within a global consumer goods or retail company.
Demonstrated success in leading DEIB initiatives, with strong project management experience and a track record of driving change.
Experience working in cross-cultural environments, with an understanding of regional differences in DEIB challenges and solutions.

Skills & Competencies:
Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Passionate about DEIB and its role in driving business success, with a proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.
