Data Privacy Specialist - 12-month FTC

At AXA we're committed to driving transformation and innovation. Our Finance Transformation and Change Delivery programme is at the forefront of this. We've got an exciting opportunity for an experienced data protection professional who'll help ensure privacy compliance as well as guiding AXA through significant changes in technology and processes.

You'll provide expert privacy compliance advice to the Delivery programme. You'll focus on identifying and managing privacy risks associated with strategic change initiatives, both in enhancement of existing technologies and processes, as well as implementation of new ones. This is a 12-month FTC.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

• Offer privacy advice to support the Finance Transformation and Change Delivery programme.
• Identify, assess, and manage privacy risks arising from various strategic change programmes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Data, IT and Legal teams across AXA group.
• Oversee key initiatives delivered in phases over the next 12 months, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Engage with custodians of large-scale multipurpose platforms (data platforms) to evaluate data protection implications.
• Work alongside first and second line Data Protection teams to consider all relevant variables from a data protection perspective.
• Work with the Data Protection Manager and manage delivery requirements of the phases.

What you'll bring:

• Technical experience in privacy compliance or data protection roles, within a financial services or transformation context - essential.
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations and best practices - essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
