Civica has embarked on a Go-To-Market transformation to build a best-in-class customer organisation. Our new Select customer offering is a key part of this evolution.
We are seeking experienced Customer Success Managers to support our Select customers. In this role you will be leading Civica's success engagement with a portfolio of our Select customers in our Local Government business.
Requirements
- Knowledge of UK public sector customers, in particular local government.
- 5+ years of experience in 'high touch'/'strategic' Customer Success in ERP or CRM software companies.
- Ability to engage and develop relationships with C-level customers and below.
- Knowledge of value realisation methodologies and best practices.
- Capable of navigating matrixed organisations. Is comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Has high integrity. Demonstrates empathy and strong emotional intelligence. Has an ownership mindset.
