In this role you will:
- Provide outstanding service to customers in every interaction.
- Handle customer queries as they arise by telephone, email and other channels
- Action outgoing calls by telephone to customers.
- Encourage the use of self-service facilities
- Identify customer vulnerabilities and ensure that these are dealt with sensitively.
