About the function

The IOI Customer Service Centre is a Centre Of Excellence within Diageo and ensures our customers receive a high level of customer happiness. The Customer Services team, based in NI provide an inbound and outbound customer service to all Diageo Ireland Customers.

About the role

The role of a Customer Operations Executive supports the On-Trade, Take Home Trade & Route To Market total beverage alcohol proposition and Consumer Care in GB and Ireland.

  • To support and improve the customer experience on the online platforms for Diageo One, handling queries via the CMT tool and the Live Chat function.
  • To be ambassadors for Diageo One, seeking opportunities to increase usage from reporting, analysing trends and ensuring customer retention.
  • To ensure every customer receives excellent customer service and supplier significantly to ensuring Diageo maintains its position as supplier of choice.
  • Become an SME for Diageo One and stay up to date and be involved with improvements and technical queries.

About you

What you will bring

  • 5 GCSE / O Levels (inc. Maths & English) or equivalent qualification
  • At least 6 months Customer Service Experience in a busy customer service role
  • Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce/CRM tools is a significant advantage
  • Proven to work under tight timelines and abiding by SLAs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel, also an advantage
