About the Job

The Customer Category Manager is the lead customer-facing role in enabling GM's ability to win in-store through the delivery of customer(s) specific range, distribution and space targets.

In order to achieve these targets, this role will develop & deliver a clear- Customer Category Activation roadmap for defined GM Category/ies. The Customer Category Activation plans will take the direction set from the Category growth manager, utilising the tools provided to influence externally to deliver strategic category growth for our customers.

What your role is

The Customer Category Manager will elevate our customer engagement with priority customers through category-led growth initiatives at key moments.

You will support range reviews with selected customers to unlock category growth opportunities, partnering with the sales team to deliver coordinated category growth-led communication with key customers.

Deliver our Brand Plans by tailoring our Global selling stories into exciting and insightful customer presentations. Build and integrate relevant shopper insights to provide a compelling need for action in customer communications.

You will bring thought leadership to your category to customers and internal stakeholders through PoPVision, Category Vision Insights, Category inductions and Relevant growth trends

What you will bring to the team

You have 3+ years of experience in category management or customer-facing roles, are a confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of leadership.

You have strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesise data from multiple sources to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions, transforming insights into compelling narratives that drive action.

Experience in delivering results through working in cross-functional teams, showcasing your strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset to explore new ideas and opportunities.
