CRM Manager

Reporting to our Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for developing CRM campaigns from ideation to execution and evaluation for both B2B and B2C communications across all audiences. You will create and own the CRM plan and build campaigns based on insights and data.

As a CRM Manager, we are looking for someone to:

  • Create and own the CRM strategic plans across all audiences at Together.
  • Create a variety of email communications for all B2B and B2C audiences targeted by Together
  • Manage the CRM database and build campaigns based on insights and ensure CRM contributes to business objectives.
  • Write, build and execute CRM campaigns using Click Dimensions
  • Extract and export CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics which will be used to drive marketing communications.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness and key learnings of CRM campaigns to take forward and improve the CRM programme.
  • Deliver marketing automation processes that improve customer contact strategies, growing the lifetime value of customers, through targeted activity; acquiring prospects (lead nurturing), on boarding, lifecycle management, retention and reactivation.
  • Develop an ongoing test & learn capability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to the relevant compliance and sign off process
  • Manage budgets as required
  • Support the Campaign Lead on other projects as required.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in a similar role; creating and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns based on a variety of audience needs across B2B and B2C markets
  • Implementing initiatives to optimise campaign performance
  • Experience in evaluating the value and ROI of CRM campaigns
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and audience profiling
  • Experience of marketing automation, developing bespoke customer journeys and the role email and CRM plays in that.
  • Data analysis to identify opportunities and drive activity through CRM
  • Experience of understanding and communicating through the customer journey from prospecting to exit/win back - and everything in between
