We have an opportunity for someone to join our compounding team as a 'Production Manager'.
This is a full-time role based in our Burton on Trent compounding unit, working 40hrs per week. Flexibility is required to cover our operating hours of 6am - 9pm, Monday - Friday, within potential on-call duties.
Within this role you will oversee all production staff within the unit, monitoring their performance and ensuring GMP and quality control is adhered to.
You will be the named person on the MHRA MS License and day to day responsibilities will include deviation, CAPA and NCR reporting alongside leading and hosting audits.
By contributing to the strategic planning of the compounding unit, and working with other departments to gain new business, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end fulfilment and organisational growth.

What is required?
In addition to being a strong leader, success in this position will require you to have experience with pharmacy audits and inspection, be able to write and develop SOP's alongside being knowledgeable with both GMP and Quality Assurance regulations.
Holding an NVQ level 3 within pharmacy services or equivalent is essential for this role, whilst a management qualification would be an advantage.
