The post holder will provide day to day operational leadership and management for the team, reporting directly to the Clinical Manager of the service. You don't need previous management experience but must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and demonstrate NSFT values of positive, respectfully, and together in your attitude. Main duties of the job

Responsible for ensuring systems are in place to allocate new caseloads and efficient use of resources to ensure caseloads and the management of caseloads remain safe.
Ensure care is delivered in a patient centred framework involving service users, families, and carers.
