Communications Production & Digital Delivery Manager - 12 month FTC

Are you creative, proactive and detail-oriented? We're recruiting a Communications and Digital Delivery Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract to support our People Programmes Change and Communications Lead in producing and delivering a number of colleague communication and engagement activities.

You'll focus on content and video production managing content uploads, monitoring programme communication feedback channels, coordinating and supporting admin around change network events, delivering surveys and polls and supporting colleague roadshows and events. You'll have a strong background in developing content across digital platforms such as MS Teams and Channels, SharePoint, Viva Engage with expertise in video production.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you'll be doing:

• Upload and manage content across various digital platforms for a large transformation programme.
• Monitor the "Ask a Question" and feedback channels to ensure timely responses and engagement.
• Set up and colleague feedback surveys and polls using Microsoft Forms and Slido.
• Managing FAQs across multiple workstreams along with managing news content and newsletters.
• Coordinate and support delivery of user storytelling across a change network to amplify content.
• Assist with video production and editing, ensuring high-quality content that meets our communication objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and execute video projects that enhance engagement.
• Provide administrative support for the Change Network, including organising regular meetings and tracking follow-up actions.
• Facilitate feedback sessions and maintain support materials and frequently asked questions.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in managing and developing content on digital platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, or similar eCRM platforms.
• Strong preference for individuals with recent experience of utilising next generation engagement techniques to help generate excitement for change.
• Proficiency in video production and editing tools desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced programme environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and senior stakeholders.
