Role overview: The Commercial Manager will play a key role in the development, execution, and optimization of the company's commercial strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent commercial acumen, who can identify business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and support the business in achieving its growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring that the commercial strategy aligns with the overall business goals. Day-to-day, you will: • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies/campaigns that are aligned to proposition persona's/audiences and sales objectives to build pipeline and revenue goals. • Be the main support & executioner against the demand strategy defined by the demand strategy owner which covers all propositions of Engage, Learn, HR & Payroll • Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels including email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, and social. • Support ABM programs that successfully engage target accounts and move them effectively through the buyer's journey, utilizing tactics such as personalized experiences. • Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; optimising plans through test, and adopting new or best practice approaches. • Stakeholder Management; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders - C-level, sales, marketing, product and product marketing. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Collaborate with divisional Managing Directors, Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, and Board Members within the Access division. • Manage and develop commercial opportunities associated with customer overuse and intellectual property infringement. • Foster and enhance divisional achievements through customer compliance by establishing new initiatives to implement, generate, and oversee a range of projects within the division. • An enthusiastic individual with a strong ability to initiate tasks and maintain a positive attitude despite challenges. • An individual with attention to detail who is proficient in handling large volumes of data • Possess the capability to effectively navigate challenging commercial discussions towards a favourable resolution. • Demonstrated experience in delivering solutions within the relevant market • A proficiency in showcasing a robust comprehension of business processes and practices • Capacity and readiness to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team. • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport across all levels of an organisation. • Persuasive and compelling in articulating thoughts and concepts. • Exemplary written communication abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Proficient proficiency in computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel What does Access offer you?
