We're hiring for a Client Partner - Digital as part of Carat in London

Purpose of the Role

Kellanova are one of Carat's largest clients, with many leading household brands such as Coco Pops, Cornflakes, Special K, and Pringles. The Carat London hub manages €90m+ of spend across Europe, with centralised strategy and planning and local execution. Kellanova are at the forefront of strategy and digital excellence, and we work closely with them across many channels, including TV/VOD, OOH, Online Video, Paid Social, Custom Partnerships, & Influencer Programs.

This is a key leadership role on the Kellanova account and is responsible for owning the digital strategy and innovation along with the delivery of digital excellence and best practice across both UK and EU.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the Business - Digital leadership across the EU network:

  • Manage digital workstreams and coordinate communication streams between client and the wider Carat Kellanova team (including regular status calls/huddles)
  • Ensuring consistently high level of digital standards are executed and client scope of work and SLA is being met.
  • Consistently thinking what's next and sharing innovative thought leadership with clients to continually position Carat as a trusted partner.
  • Alongside the Client Partner & Strategy Lead; lead, manage and deliver upon the Learning Agenda items.
  • Across the wider Kellanova team lead the creation and presentation of digital strategy
  • Manage the relationship between Digital/Comms/Channels with CP to ensure workflow processes are working efficiently.
  • Provide superior client service across all direct client contacts for all digital channels and related topics, including problem resolution to include but not limited to:
  • Manage global partner relationships / programs with the support of the Digital Account Director
  • Facilitate project management of dentsu products as and when relevant.
  • Responsible for delivering outstanding client service working with Digital Account Director (and other Senior Leads across the team) to design and execute an appropriate contact strategy and client service plan for digital projects.
  • Monitor and measure performance of delivery across the network through effective management & monitoring of quality of work, client service and profitability of business. Ensure programme of resolution is in place to address any issues.
  • In depth understanding of client's business needs and support delivery of client business development plan.
  • Proactive involvement with new business in the agency, working collaboratively with all stakeholders across dentsu.

Qualifications + Skills

  • 8+ years'+ experience within media, including experience leading a team and managing multiple client stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive International digital media knowledge
  • Experience working across European markets, particularly Western Europe would be desirable.
  • Solid experience with marketing automation software; Adobe, DCM etc.
  • Managing teams in a virtual / matrix organisation.
