Role profile
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Intelligence Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team on a 15 month fixed term contract, in our Bristol or London office.
This role will oversee the rollout and management of various strategic Sales & Marketing technology initiatives within Osborne Clarke (OC). This role involves the implementation and enhancement of multiple platforms and programmes, ensuring alignment with OC's objectives and stakeholder requirements. The Client Intelligence Manager will work closely with internal teams, 3rd Party suppliers, and international offices to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Credentials Database:
- Manage the rollout of the interim internally built solution for the Credentials Database
- Develop and execute a communications plan to support the launch
- Define best practices within client teams and business development
- Create training materials and provide demonstrations for users
- Collaborate with the OC Solutions team to maintain the platform and implement small enhancements
- Generate and share reports to demonstrate usage
- Oversee the rollout of the solution to UK, Belgium, and potentially the Netherlands
Intapp DealCloud Migration:
- Phase 1: Migrate from Experience Classic to DealCloud
- Understand existing processes and workflows in Experience Classic
- Support stakeholders in mapping old processes for matter information and credential capture
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT teams, and Intapp to manage the migration project
- Ensure requirements are captured for UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands
- Manage the implementation plan for DealCloud with support from Change & Transformation
- Phase 2: Expand DealCloud solution to international offices:
- Engage with key stakeholders from OC jurisdictions
- Define requirements and specifications
- Communicate requirements to technical teams and support with documentation
- Manage the international rollout of the DealCloud solution
Client Intelligence:
- Enhance OC's client reporting (PowerBI ) in line with firm requirements
- Collaborate with system/data managers to understand data capabilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of OC systems and data flows
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify client intelligence reporting requirements
- Prioritise the delivery of new dashboards and updates to existing reports
- Produce mock-up reports to demonstrate value before progressing to delivery
- Represent the client intelligence team in meetings to showcase value and understand roadmap priorities
- Champion streamlined reporting processes and progressive client intelligence
Client Listening Programme:
- Implement a client listening programme across OC UK using My Customer Lens (MCL)
- Define internal processes for capturing client feedback
- Design questionnaires aligned with OC objectives
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to build reporting templates
- Represent the client listening programme in meetings to present insights and encourage uptake
- Train users on the platform and processes
- Share client insights with senior stakeholders and monitor performance
Scout:
- Act as the bridge between OC, Scout/Priori Legal, and the client
- Communicate with internal stakeholders when a new client signs up to the Scout portal
- Ensure RFP requests are acknowledged by the client partner upon receipt
We are looking for:
- Strong grasp of Marking technologies
- Proven SME experience in business development technologies
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing and implementing software solutions
- Analytical skills to produce and interpret reports
- Experience in client relationship management and feedback programmes
