In this role, you will:
- Assess new claims and resolve necessary medical and financial documentation.
- Handle cases efficiently, focusing on timely, accurate resolutions and outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, while providing top-class customer support.
- Support the Income Protection Claims Manager in handling complex cases and decisions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key internal and external partners.

Your ability to prioritise, stay organised, and work independently or as part of a team shines through in every task. Essential Qualifications
- CII Diploma in Life and Disability Claims (DLDC) or the CII Diploma in Life and Disability Underwriting (DLDU) or
- QFA Qualification.

The Income Protection Claims Team handles all claims arising from New Ireland's Individual and Group Life Assurance policies. Our specialists manage portfolios for both individual and corporate clients, providing support to assessors on complex cases. We're proud to pay out over €120 million annually to our valued customers.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
