The Package

• Up to £40,000 Salary
• Term Time Only (40 Weeks)
• Max 50 hours a week
• Monday to Friday
• 6.30am - 4pm late/early shifts
• Career progression within an established group
• Management training programs

The Job Role:

• Chef Manager for a lovely high volume academy
• Managing a team of 5
• Catering for around 700 per day
• The Chef Manager will lead and develop the kitchen team
• Producing high quality food

The Requirements:

• Chef Manager with experience in private education or B&I
• High volume background is desirable
• A passionate foodie, who understands a fresh food offering
• The successful Chef Manager will be a self-starter with a zest for great forward-thinking food
• Team player who leads from the front
