Job Description
The role is within our Clothing & Home Network Planning Team and will be accountable for developing and managing the 52-week network plan to deliver sales growth for our online business and planning processes to drive better availability, sales and stock. As well as working to reduce costs by improving the planning processes and agreeing accurate short- and long-term site dispatch plans to drive further store stock and Network planning accuracy.
NB: To stay close to customers, our support teams are in either our Paddington Support Office or our various sites three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected. This secondment role will be based out of our Paddington Support Office and will run from January to June 2025.

What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Accountable for providing analysis on Dispatch, availability, and store stock to improve opportunities for sales performance across all channels
- Lead for minimising planning drivers of lost avail. Accountable for improving overall availability (core & launch)
- Accountable for day level planning by site on 4 wk. horizon. Week level by site / modularity 52 wk. horizon
- Accountable for advising and influencing the business of opportunities to improve and simplify trading
- Analysis on intake and dispatch for the network to actively seek opportunities or risks and communicate across the business
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
- A great understanding of the Business Unit & Retail Processes and systems and our Supply Chain Network
- Commercially minded, strategic problem solver with experience of logistics distribution networks and planning, who can spot opportunities and make step changes to planning accuracy enabling cost savings
- Experience of IT and MI systems, i.e. (Excel (advanced) / JDA / Spotfire / Availability Dashboard / DPM / SQL) and knowledge of Demand Forecasting
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong cross functional relationships and challenge, influence and persuade others to move towards a common vision or goal in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same
- Experience of managing and supporting a team through change in an ambiguous environment and can find creative trade-offs between the Business Unit priorities and Logistics Network/Operational constraints
