Hybrid working - Usually 2 days per week in the London office (with potential occasional travel to our other sites in Leeds & Manchester as required)

The teamThe Transformation Management Office is responsible for ITV's ongoing transformation, on behalf of the Management Board. We work with teams from all across ITV, driving the delivery of programmes and making sure we're prioritising the people side too.
The roleThe Change & Engagement Specialist will support the shaping and execution of a comprehensive Change plan for one or more of our transformation programmes.
This pivotal role will support the Change Manager for the relevant programme/s, working closely with other Change team members, the Programme Director and key programme roles e.g. Process Owners.
The successful candidate will lead on Change activities such as managing the change champion network, owning key Communications channels and co-ordinating training. They will steer the creation of high-quality, targeted content across various formats, ensuring consistency with ITV's brand identity and tone.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop effective communications, engagement and support materials using a variety of formats (e.g. facilitated sessions, videos), in line with ITV's brand and tone of voice; own the review process with senior stakeholders
- Set up, coordinate and support the facilitation of any in-person or virtual sessions, working with other programme team members
- Own the management of a Change Network, including the preparation and delivery of regular meetings; collaborate with other team members to agree and prepare for the Network's involvement in programme activities e.g. Training Delivery, Testing and Support Model
- Own the measurement of Change readiness and effectiveness (including adoption); implement activity to address any barriers or resistance (e.g. additional Training sessions)
- Track progress against plan, raising and managing risks, issues and dependencies using programme governance
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Solid experience working in Change roles (which may include Communications and or Training)
- Demonstrable experience in owning Change activity on a transformation programme within a complex organisation
- Experience in developing content in a variety of formats using different tools (including Google Suite)
- Experience in working with innovative tools and being creative with the way technical content is presented
- An ability to manage a delivery plan, including dependencies, and work across multiple initiatives / programmes
- Experience in working closely with and influencing senior stakeholders and programme sponsors
- A proven ability to engage teams at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Experience in the media industry is desirable
